Woolton Hill Church Hall is at the junction of Church Road and Woolton Hill Road, RG20 9XF
ANNOUNCEMENT
The Church Hall has a new outside play area which can be booked in conjunction with the main hall.
This project is funded by the UK Government through the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The Building
The building has a main hall, a large meeting room, a smaller meeting room and an outdoor play area.
The smaller meeting room has its own tea making facilities but does not have access to the kitchen.
The hall is suitable for wheel-chair access and there is a separate accessible toilet.
There are additional children's toilets and an adult toilet available to hirers of the main hall or large meeting room.
To have exclusive use of the kitchen and children's toilets both the main hall and the large meeting room need to be booked.
The smaller meeting room has its own tea making facilities. There are no facilities in the smallest room (reception/interview room). Please note that these latter two rooms have NO ACCESS to the kitchen.
There is an outdoor play area suitable for children’s parties. As this is directly accessed from the main hall, it must be booked along with the main hall.
Parking
There is adequate parking both on site or very nearby. The car park can be hired for trading purposes when booked in conjunction with one or more of the rooms.
Hire Rates
The current rates are as follows:-
Whole building (main hall, kitchen, two meeting rooms and outdoor play area) for say a wedding reception, is £30 per hour.
The main hall & large meeting room which gives exclusive use of the kitchen and 2 children and 1 adult toilet is £18 per hour.
The main hall including shared kitchen use is £12 per hour.
All other meeting rooms are £6 per hour.
The outdoor play area is £6 per hour.
Use of car park for trading/commercial purposes is £12 per hour.
